Stavsdals Julliette is a 16hh, chesnut mare who is graded with KNN and the ZFDP She is full sister to our stallion Stavsdals Jackpot and was bred in Denmark in 2000 by Ellen Bendtsen.
Julliette is herself a proven competition horse. In Denmark Julliette show-jumped successfully, showing good scope and reach in her jumping. She was imported into the UK in September 2007 where she surprised us all by producing a colt foal just six weeks after her arrival. Jackpots Who Dunnit is a very good quality colt by Stavsdals Maestro who is already showing all the wonderful attributes we have come to expect from a horse with these bloodlines.
After Houdie was weaned, Julliette has been back in work and concentrating on her dressage training, quickly demonstrating her amazing capacity for lateral work by producing some good quality half passes. Julliette has the three excellent paces that you would expect from this family of proven dressage performers and the lovely, trainable temperament that comes with her superb bloodlines. She demonstrates a fantastic scope in her trot, having a natural elasticity that lends itself to producing medium trots that wows the dressage judges.

Since her arrival in the UK she has attended a small number of dressage shows and is always placed in the top three with good percentages. Julliette has been taken to shows by young rider Jordan Jamieson and together they have formed a formidable partnership, qualifying for the dressage championships on her first outing.
After the birth of her fantastic filly Jackpots Hat-Trick, Julliette has been put back in foal for 2010 to the premium graded Knabstrupper stallion, Hussar of Independence. Hussar is owned by Patricia Fallows of the Knabstruppers of Independence Stud in Germany. Hattie was highly praised at the 2009 ZfdP breed show, gaining a high foal premium of 8, which was the highest foal premium awarded for all foals of all breeds.
